TOPIC

Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BC/DR) is essential for managing risk and has grown increasingly complex. Drafting and negotiating BC/DR provisions often requires both a precise knowledge of business operations and an awareness of how privacy, cybersecurity and other legal risks and obligations (i.e. force majeure) affect those operations. This panel discussion aims to provide insights into drafting and negotiating effective BC/DR regimes by unpacking common BC/DR risks and how to address them, what planning, testing and implementing BC/DR actually looks like on the ground, and what boards and other stakeholders are looking for when it comes to BC/DR management. Join our panel as they offer practical strategies and tips to manage this increasingly important part of technology contracts.

Lunch will be served at noon and the presentation will run from 12:30-1:30 pm.
